Junior Club Competitions
We offer junior club competitions as the entry-level competition for players of all ages and skill levels, providing a fun and inclusive environment to learn and enjoy the game. With weekly fixtures, these competitions offer a structured pathway for players to develop their skills and experience the excitement of basketball.
Senior Domestic Competition
We offer senior domestic competitions that provide players of all skill levels with a fun and competitive environment to stay active and enjoy basketball. With weekly fixtures, these competitions cater to both social and competitive teams, offering a great way to stay involved in the game.
Kids Development Program
We offer junior development programs for kids aged 4 to 9, providing a fun and engaging introduction to basketball with a focus on fundamental skills, teamwork, and confidence-building. These programs offer a supportive environment where young athletes can learn the game through structured activities and modified games.
NBL1 North Programs
We offer the NBL1 North, a semi-professional statewide basketball competition that runs from April to August each year, bringing together the best talent from across Queensland. With top-tier teams and exciting matchups, this league provides players with the opportunity to showcase their skills at a high level while offering fans thrilling basketball action throughout the season.
QSL Program
We offer the Queensland State League (QSL), formerly known as the SBL, which features three divisions: Division One, Division Two, and Youth League. Running from April to August each year, the QSL provides a competitive platform for emerging and established players, offering opportunities to progress through the ranks of high-level basketball.
Junior Representative Teams
We offer the Queensland Junior Basketball Competition, the highest level of competition for athletes in the Under 12 to Under 18 age groups across South, Central, and North Queensland. This prestigious competition provides young players with the opportunity to compete at an elite level in state-wide tournaments.
Wheelchair Basketball
We offer wheelchair basketball programs that give athletes with disabilities the chance to compete in an exciting and fast-paced version of the game. Our programs foster skill development, teamwork, and resilience, offering opportunities for players to progress through state, national, and international pathways.
Inclusive Basketball Programs
We offer diverse and inclusive basketball programs that welcome players of all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences. Our programs create an environment where everyone can enjoy the game, develop their skills, and be part of a supportive basketball community.
Casual Shooting
We offer casual shooting at our venue, providing individuals and groups the opportunity to use the facilities for practice and enjoyment. Whether you’re looking to work on your shooting skills or just have a fun time with friends, our venue offers a flexible space to suit all levels of play.
We have 43 affiliated member associations across the state, encompassing regional areas from North Queensland to Mount Isa and right through to the Gold Coast and the Southern Downs.
