Basketball Queensland invites eligible athletes to register for the 2026 Under 20 Queensland State Team Trials. These trials will be used to select the U20 Men’s and Women’s teams who will represent Queensland at the 2026 Under 20 National Championships in Ballarat.

Trial Details:

Trial #1 – South Athletes Only

Dates: Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 October 2025
Location: Logan Metro Sports & Events Centre
Who Attends: South Queensland athletes only
Session Times: To be confirmed

Trial #2 – Combined North & South

Dates: Saturday 1 & Sunday 2 November 2025
Location: Logan Metro Sports & Events Centre
Who Attends: North Queensland athletes and successful South athletes from Trial #1
Session Times: To be confirmed

Note for North Athletes:
North Queensland athletes must arrange their own travel to and from Trial #2. If selected for the final team, Basketball Queensland will coordinate flights for future camps and tournaments. Trial sessions on Saturday will not start before 10:00am, and Sunday will conclude by 4:00pm to accommodate same-day travel.

Nationals Campaign Timeline:

• First Team Camp: November 2025 (Dates TBC)
• Pre-Departure Camp: 23–24 January 2026
• National Championships: 25 January – 1 February 2026 (Ballarat, VIC)
