The Under 12 Boys & Girls State Championships are bringing the heat on Day 3, with the U12 Boys & Girls Shooting Contest set to take place on Saturday 26 September from 2:15pm to 3:15pm at Northside Indoor Sports Centre.

Open to players competing at the tournament, the contest will see 16 shooters go head-to-head in a knockout format, with each round bringing players one step closer to the Grand Final and the chance to be crowned the U12 Shooting Contest Champion.

The competition will feature a combination of mid-range and three-point shooting challenges, putting participants' accuracy and consistency to the test.

With only 16 spots available, Basketball Queensland will select the final participants, with athletes confirmed prior to the tournament. BQ will aim for strong representation across associations as we build out the full competition bracket.

If you back your shooting ability, this is your chance to step up and compete against some of the best young shooters at the tournament.
