Basketball Queensland (BQ) held the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday 19th of May.

Claudia Brassard was re-elected to her position as Director after serving for the last 3 years. Michael Cedar was elected as a newly appointed Director, who joins the Board with more than 30 years experience as a player, administrator and business acumen in Queensland.

Claudia and Michael provide a deep knowledge and understanding of basketball as well as a strong connection to the regional hubs we serve in Northern Queensland.

BQ would also like to express its gratitude to the departing member David Derwin for his time, dedication and value he has brought as a Director on the board over the last 3 years.
